2010 Board of Directors


Tiffany Vanek – President

Tiffany moved to Dallas in January 2009 from Nashville where she was working in the National Hockey League. During her time in Nashville, she was active in the Nashville Junior Chamber of Commerce, Brentwood Cool Springs Chamber of Commerce, Williamson County Chamber of Commerce and the Rotaract Club of Greater Nashville where she served as President. After her move to Dallas, she quickly joined and became an active member of the DJCC. Tiffany has served on all major committees of the DJCC; including the Wine Tasting, Easter Egg Hunt for the Blind, FOYD and Johnny Sides.

Professionally, Tiffany has been a Sales Executive in the Sports and Entertainment Industry for over 10 years.  She is currently employed by Lone Star Park at Grand Prairie as Group Sales & Catering Account Executive. She is an innovative, personable, and dynamic professional with extensive experience in business and community networking. Tiffany is a corporate focused leader with exceptional success in developing strong customer loyalty with corporate level executives as well as individuals.

In her spare time, she enjoys giving her time through volunteer work, attending sporting events, spending time with family and friends and learning more about Dallas.

Chris Kobler – Executive Vice President

Chris Kobler has a long history of DJCC involvement. He joined the Dallas Junior Chamber of Commerce in 2003, and was elected to the board a month later as Vice President of Marketing. He set about to design and develop the chamber’s first working website and designed the DJCC logo which is still in use today. He also served as Vice President of Operations in 2005, and Chairman of the DJCC Winetasting in 2008 and 2009. Chris has served on all major committees of the DJCC, including the DJCC Winetasting, FOYD, Johnny Sides and the Easter Egg Hunt Committee. Chris received his bachelor’s from the University of Texas at Arlington. Professionally, he is employed by match.com as a User Interface Engineer for their International Department, maintains a personal website and offers freelance graphic design and website development services at chriskobler.com.

Cesar Alaniz – VP of Operations

Cesar has been a member of DJCC since 2005.  He chaired the Easter Egg Hunt for the Blind in 2008 and 2009.  Before chairing the event, Cesar served on the Wine Tasting, FOYD, and Johnny Sides committees.  Professionally, Cesar develops software that ranges from mobile applications to custom web applications.  He founded his small freelance software firm, Alanisoft, in 2008 with the goal of providing software solutions for medium and small businesses.  A entrepreneur since a young age, Cesar enjoys reading, weightlifting, and the outdoors in his spare time.

Charles Kiser – VP of Membership

Charles has been an active participant in the DJCC since May 2008. Charles is a visionary with an entrepreneurial spirit who is passionate about being a part of something greater than himself. He is also a gregarious person who is energized by bringing together new groups of people. His passions led him to move to Dallas with his family to start Storyline Christian Community, a network of house churches geared for young adults interested in exploring Christian spirituality. Before Storyline, Charles worked with churches in Irving, TX, Memphis, TN and Little Rock, AR. He earned his Master’s of Divinity from Harding Graduate School in Memphis, TN in 2006. In the community, Charles volunteers with organizations like SoupMobile, Family Gateway and Genesis Women’s Shelter. Charles also enjoys watching movies, reading, playing on sports teams, and spending time with his family.

Misha Williams – VP of Marketing

 

Misha has been a member of DJCC since early 2009 and has served on the Wine Tasting committee and co-chaired FOYD(Five Outstanding Young Dallasites). Misha is the owner of Misha Williams Fitness a company focused on providing customized fitness training and advanced nutritional therapy and is also Co-Founder of i-Merge Mobile LLC a high-tech mobile applications provider. Prior to stepping onto the entrepreneurial path, Misha worked for Texas Instruments in roles ranging from operational management to serving as Program Manager in the Sales & Marketing group.

Misha is somewhat of a professional student having studied Information Technology, Marketing & Brand Management and lastly Banking & Finance at Boston University. When not in pursuit of additional education or building businesses, Misha’s passions are worldwide travel, physical fitness, salsa dancing, hanging with friends, and finding a new favorite restaurant.

Lori Frigillana – VP of Community Service

Lori has been a member of the Dallas Junior Chamber of Commerce since 2008. She has served on the 2009 Wine Tasting committee, as well as co-chaired the Five Outstanding Young Dallasites annual event. Professionally, Lori works for JPMorgan Chase where she manages numerous partnership programs and multi-channel initiatives in the Card Services Division. Lori earned a bachelor’s degree in communications media from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Maryland. In her spare time, Lori enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, trying out new restaurants and running.

Jason Wysong – VP of Finance

Jason hails from Reno, NV where he attended the University of Nevada. He went on to serve four years in the Air Force as an aircraft maintenance project manager in Abilene, TX. Following that in May 2005 he arrived in Dallas where he is currently a project manager for Halliburton energy services. Jason first came aboard DJCC at the Annual wine tasting in 2007 and has been a regular at DJCC meetings and events ever since. Jason served on the first FOYD committee as head of sponsorship and has taken part in many other events. Honored with member of the month for July 2007, he has continued to be a large contributor to our club including coordinating speakers and bringing new ideas to the club. Jason’s hobbies include practicing his public speaking skills with Toastmasters , fitness, swing dance, and Dallas Stars hockey.

Jennifer Mills – VP of Connecting

Jennifer has been an active member of the Dallas Junior Chamber of Commerce since January 2009.  She has previously served on the following committees: Easter Egg Hunt for the Blind and the Five Outstanding Young Dallasites (FOYD).  Most recently, she served as chairman the 2009 Johnny Sides Rookie of the Year gala.  Jennifer works as an advertising specialist at Idearc Media/Superpages.com.  She received her Bachelor’s degree in Advertising & Public Relations from Texas Christian University (TCU).  Jennifer is an active member of the Dallas chapter of the TCU Alumni Association.  Outside of the DJCC, she is a member of the Big “D” club of Toastmasters International.  Jennifer volunteers on a regular basis at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children (TSRHC) and the North Texas Food Bank (NTFB).  In her spare time, she enjoys reading, running, swimming and following college football.

Emily Hoad – Chair

Emily has been active with DJCC since 2001. She has previously served on the Executive Board as President in 2009, Vice President of Marketing in 2008, and as Information Director in 2002 and 2003. She has also been a member of the Wine Tasting committees since 2007. Professionally, Emily works for Sabre Holdings developing, managing and marketing programs to build the company’s leadership bench strength globally. She received her Bachelor’s in Advertising and Communication from The University of Texas at Arlington and received a Master’s in Organizational Communication from the University of North Texas. She currently serves as President of the UT Arlington Alumni Association Board of Directors. Previously, she served as Vice President of Special Events, chairing the planning committee for the university’s annual Distinguished Alumni Gala, which raises significant funds for student scholarships. In her spare time, Emily is an avid reader and history buff. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family, as well as, working on her house in Lakewood.
