Michael Hunter Morath is the Chief Operating Officer for Minute Menu Systems. He oversees day-to-day operations at the company, which provides a comprehensive management system for childcare agencies that administer the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), a federal initiative that provides free and reduced-price meals to disadvantaged children. Under Mr. Morath’s leadership, the company has become a key force in CACFP. Its technology helps serve 900,000 children each day in the United States, while significantly reducing the program’s administrative costs.
Mr. Morath has a long-standing commitment to service and community involvement both locally and nationally. He volunteers as a Big Brother with Big Brothers Big Sisters and is active in the Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity’s mentoring programs and other community outreach efforts. In 2007, as part the Addison Rotary Club, he helped organize a volunteer mission to India, where he was part of a small team that provided much-needed supplies for orphanages, implemented a water system to provide one of the orphanages with clean, drinkable water, and mentored children there. The following year, Mr. Morath volunteered with the elderly at an eye clinic in central Mexico.
Mr. Morath is President-elect of the Addison Rotary Club, Vice President of Alpha Phi Alpha’s North Dallas chapter and a Leadership Dallas alum. He graduated from George Washington University.
