Aug. 3rd – Ugo Ginatta Founder of Paciugo Gelato

Join us on Tuesday, August 3rd at 6:30pm at the Magnolia Theater at the West Village in Uptown (3699 McKinney Ave, Dallas) as we welcome Ugo Ginatta, the founder and CEO of Paciugo Gelato. After apprenticing at a four-generation gelateria, Ugo Ginatta and family left their hometown in Turin, Italy, and started the first gelato caffè in Dallas, Texas in 2000. Since then they have created more than 200 delicious gelato recipes and grown from their first store in Dallas, Texas to more than 45 stores throughout the United States and Mexico.
