TASTE is one of the Dallas Junior Chamber of Commerce’s (DJCC) annual signature philanthropic events. Started in 2001, TASTE has since grown from a small, members-only gathering to our one of our largest, with both members and non-members attending from around the city.
Proceeds from the evening fund the DJCC Easter Egg Hunt for the Blind and benefit the Texas Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services (DARS), which helps visually-impaired individuals and their families. Last year over 400 guests attended TASTE, and through combined ticket sales, sponsorships, and a silent auction, the DJCC fully sponsored the Easter Egg Hunt for the Blind and was able to donate a sizeable amount to DARS.
The DJCC hosts TASTE in a different venue throughout the city every year, allowing guests the opportunity to not only experience more of what Dallas has to offer but to also interact with hundreds of other wine lovers, art aficionados, and philanthropists.
