Johnny Sides

This is our most prestigious event honoring the Dallas Police Department’s Rookie of the Year. The event is a unique opportunity to mingle with our city’s most elite politicians and civic officials. The event benefits the Assist the Officer Foundation, which provides financial assistance to officers facing loss of income due to a serious injury, life threatening illness or other catastrophic event.

This is the 59th year the DJCC has organized the Johnny Sides Rookie of the Year Award Gala for the Dallas Police Department.The event recognizes Dallas’ finest police officers, with proceeds benefitting the Assist the Officer Foundation. This year’s event will take place on Saturday, November 5, 2011, at the Crowne Plaza Downtown Hotel.

This year we are offering a variety of sponsorship opportunities, which are detailed in the sponsorship packet. Please note the high level of exposure provided to sponsors before, during and after the event. If you would like to be featured in the pre-event marketing and listed in the program the sponsorship deadline is Friday, October 21, 2011.
